Semi-Managed means that we will handle hardware, operating system, and basic configuration issues which may arise with your server. Some examples of issues we assist with for semi-managed plans may include (but are not limited to):
- Overload issues
- Internal Server Errors, 404s, etc. issues
- Network related issues
- Failure of server to restart issues
- Hardware related failure issues
- Package installations via package manager (yum, apt-get)
- Minor assistance troubleshooting pre-existing configuration issues
- Cron setup assistance
- Basic firewall setup & troubleshooting assistance
